The 90-Degree Elbow Cladding process involves weld overlay of stainless steel inside a 90-degree pipe elbow. JINHUA offers a unique system for 90-degree elbow cladding using Hot Wire TIG. This method ensures consistent quality and high productivity through patented sector-wise cladding.

Stainless steel clad metal is a composite product consisting of a thin layer of stainless steel integrally bonded to one or both surfaces of the substrate.
