I had minimal expectations about this. I've had small power screwdrivers in the past, and they usually weren't that great; sooner or later I dropped back to a full size electric drill as a power screwdriver.

This thing is a nice change of pace. They seem to have balanced a good set of features nicely, in a lightweight and well thought out package. It has an adjustable electronic clutch, locks the shaft when stopped for manual use, sufficient power to drive (at least smallish) screws well, puts light on the head of the screw, and the whole package is surprisingly lightweight (nice if you are working above your head).

Comes in a little plastic case with a decent assortment of attachments and bits, which will at least get you started if you don't have anything already.

I haven't tried this on large screws in hard wood or sheet metal, which seems like a situation where it might gurn out to be underpowered. But maybe not. In any case, this baby seems like it's worth getting as an addition to your tool collection, especially if you have a lot of screws to drive.
