Good Ratchet & Socket Set on Amazon?
I was looking at the larger Stanley sets but then I came across this:
http://www.amazon.com/dp/B001V9T42Y/?tag=atomicindus08-20
Thought it looked interesting. Don't really need/want all the bits and wrenches most sets come with.
Then again a cheaper set would give me both metric and inch, but it seems like everything I have is metric. Either way they'd beat my tiny set of cheap husky stuff.
Also need a decent torque wrench. . . but that might be another day. . .
Thanks guys!

Iv'e had a simple Britool ratchet for years never given me a problem, one of my friends used to work on lorries before moving onto cars and he swears by his.
Wanting them to go to a good home, a long retired motor mechanic recently gave me a comprehensive Britool socket set that must be well over 40 years old. Having survived a lifetime of abuse it's still in good working order. The only thing is that it's not 1/2 or 3/8 square drive, but hex drive and all the sockets are Whitworth sizes. Although they're unlikely to see much further service I really felt quite priviledged and humbled to be given the tools with which a man approaching 80 had earned an honest crust for so many years.
