Features of water filter pipe

The filter water pipe has uniform filter holes, high resistance to clogging and permeability, large filtering area, low flow resistance, and high oil production. Stainless steel materials have excellent corrosion resistance, alkali resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and corrosion resistance, which can effectively meet the special requirements of oil wells and will not become larger due to corrosion. The multi-layer structure can be welded into a whole to make the filter hole more stable and more resistant to deformation.

What is the function of the water filter

In addition to water inflow, it can prevent particles of soil or rock around the well wall from flowing into the well and silting up the well pipe. Four basic types of water filter pipes

1. Mesh filter pipe

2. Perforated water filter pipe

This kind of hanging water pipe can only be used directly in the aquifer above the coarse sand. Because of the different geometric shapes of the water inlet holes, they can be roughly divided into two types:

Generally, metal pipes and asbestos-cement pipes are mostly made by drilling or punching, while for concrete pipes, round holes can only be reserved during pouring. The size of the holes is mainly determined by the grain size of the aquifer. The arrangement of the water inlet holes on the pipe wall usually adopts a staggered plum shape. The mutual position of the water inlet holes can also be divided into two types: equirectangular triangle and equilateral triangle. After preliminarily selecting the horizontal and vertical hole spacing for the water inlet and outlet hole arrangement, the hole should be adjusted according to the required hole rate for different pipes, and finally adjusted so that the hole spacing is basically an integer to facilitate processing.

3. Gravel water filter pipe

Although gravel water filter pipe has many advantages over mesh type water filter pipe, it is more complicated to choose filler and its structure, requiring large-diameter holes, etc., so it is difficult to promote it in drilling engineering.

4. Bridge type water filter pipe

Bridge-type water filter pipes have been widely used in developed countries for a long time. They are engaged in hydrogeological exploration, drilling, sinking construction, reservoir dewatering, foundation deep excavation and dewatering, geothermal development and utilization, mineral water development and utilization, ground temperature air conditioning, broken well repair, underground water source Ground water and so on.

The bridge-type water filter pipe has many advantages over other types of water filter pipes due to its special perforation structure. It has the following advantages:

(1) The special structure of the bridge-shaped orifice makes the gravel not easy to block the orifice and has a high water passing capacity. According to a test conducted by the German Nord Company, the porosity of the traditional gravel-filled filter pipes should be reduced by 40%, while the bridge-type filter pipes should only be reduced by 10%;

(2) The special hole-shaped structure of the bridge water filter tube has the effect of enhancing the mechanical strength of the water filter tube, and has a high mechanical strength;

(3) The cost is low, and the cost is reduced by 20% due to the elimination of the bedding and wire winding process in the traditional water filter pipe manufacturing process. And save the time of drilling and winding;
