Product Description:

Stainless steel fiber fabric is one of our metal fiber fabric products. It is made of pure stainless steel fiber yarn. Stainless steel fiber fabric has two types: knitted fiber fabric and woven fiber fabric. They all have the features of Soft, conductive, heat resistant up to 650℃ and high strength.

Metal fiber fabric fabrication methods and difference:
Metal fiber fabric made by knitting: good softness, good ductility, resilient
Fiber fabric made by weaving: good softness, high strength, better solidity(not easy to change shape).

The knitted or woven fiber fabrics are mostly used in the production of automotive glass (Covering the male molding tools for Automotive Glass Bending), glass bottle containers, touching screen and mobile phone glass panels, etc.The Stainless Steel Fiber fabrics are flexible, soft and used predominantly as separation cloth to prevent thermal shock cracks or scratches during glass forming / manufacturing applications.

The material’s high temperature resistance endures the smooth production of automotive glass, windshields, back lites, side lites and sunroofs. Our materials feature excellent corrosion resistance and enable the production of automotive glass with the highest optical quality under the toughest bending conditions.

Stainless steel fiber fabric other applications:
1: Vacuum tube and glass processing,
2: Acid and alkali corrosion resistance: high temperature flue gas filtering
3: Used for conductive material
4: Electromagnetic wave radiation resistance fabric
5: High strength and abrasion resistance material

Stainless Steel Fiber Supplier - Delta Stud Weld

Synthetic fibers help control plastic shrinkage cracking which can occur in the very early stages of concrete drying. Steel fibers reinforce the concrete in its hardened state, thereby improving its strength and durability.

The major difference between steel and synthetics is their respective Youngs modulus and tensile yield strength. Steel fibers have a sufficiently high modulus of elasticity and tensile strength to assume excess strain across a crack and hold it tightly.
